Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Minihub CDP (operated by AM Experience Company Limited) collects when you visit minihub.vn or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and what rights you have. The policy is established in accordance with the 2025 Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

Scope of application

This policy applies to the minihub.vn website and Minihub CDP's contact channels: consultation forms, newsletter subscriptions, hotline, email, Zalo OA, and Messenger.

This policy no applies to Zalo Mini Apps designed by Minihub CDP for business customers. Each Mini App has its own privacy policy published by the business that owns the Mini App. For end-user data in those Mini Apps, the business is the data controller, while we process the data under contract and on the business’s instructions.

Data we collect

Data you provide voluntarily

• When submitting a consultation or quotation request: full name, phone number, email address, business name, and details of your needs.
• When subscribing to receive updates: email address.
• When communicating via Zalo, Messenger, phone, or email: the content of the communication and profile information that the platform allows to be displayed (name, profile picture).
• When you become a customer: contact information, billing information, contracts, and the administrator account provided to you.

Automatically collected data

• IP address, browser type, device, operating system, access time, and pages viewed.
• Traffic source, including advertising campaign identifiers (e.g., UTM parameters and Google Ads click IDs) when you arrive through an advertisement.

We do not request sensitive personal data (such as health, personal financial, or biometric data) and do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we discover that we have received such data, we will delete it.

Purposes of use

• Provide consultations, send quotations, and answer your questions.
• Entering into and performing contracts, providing technical support, and customer service.
• Send newsletters about new features and promotions when you have subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Measure advertising effectiveness and improve the website’s content, speed, and user experience.
• Protect systems and prevent spam, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with obligations under accounting and tax laws and requests from competent authorities.

We only process data when there is a lawful basis: your consent (when you submit a form or sign up to receive updates), performance of a contract with you, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only as necessary with:

• Infrastructure providers: servers, cloud storage, and email delivery services used to operate the website and systems.
• Zalo and Meta platforms (Facebook, Messenger) when you actively contact us through these channels.
• Analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta), primarily involving technical and aggregated data.
• Competent state authorities when required by law.

Some of the providers listed above may operate servers outside Vietnam. When data is transferred abroad, we only select providers with appropriate safeguards and complete the procedures required under Vietnamese law. Data recipients must use the data for the intended purposes and keep it confidential.

Data retention period

• Consultation requests that do not result in a contract: retained for up to 24 months from the most recent contact.
• Contract records, invoices, and supporting documents: retained for the periods required by accounting and tax laws.
• Newsletter subscription email address: retained until you unsubscribe.
• Access logs for security purposes: retained for as long as necessary to investigate incidents.

After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized so that you can no longer be identified.

Data security

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the administration system is role-based, activities are logged, and regular backups are performed. Only personnel who need the data to perform their work may access it, and they are required to keep it confidential.

No system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will handle it and notify the competent authorities and you (when the incident affects you) within the timeframe prescribed by law.

Your rights

With respect to your personal data, you have the right to:

• The right to know what data is being processed and for what purposes.
• Give or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
• View, edit, and request a copy of the data.
• Request deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, to the extent permitted by law.
• File complaints, denunciations, or requests for compensation when your rights are violated.

To exercise these rights, please email hi@minihub.vn with the subject line "Personal Data Request". We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process the request within the period prescribed by law. To stop receiving newsletters, simply reply to the newsletter email or send us a message.

Links to other websites

The website may contain links to Zalo, Facebook, and third-party websites. Those websites have their own policies, and we are not responsible for how they process data. You should review their policies before providing any information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or applicable laws change. The date of the latest update is displayed at the top of the page. For significant changes, we will provide a clear notice on the website or by email if you are a customer.
