These terms apply when you access the minihub.vn website and use Minihub CDP services, operated by AM Experience Company Limited. By continuing to use the website or submitting a request to us, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

Our services

Minihub CDP provides a customer data platform (CDP), Zalo Mini App design and operation services, website design, and data synchronization between websites, Zalo Mini Apps, and sales systems.

Information about features, pricing, and implementation timelines on the website is provided for informational purposes. The specific scope of work, pricing, schedule, warranty, and support are set out in the quotation or contract signed with each customer. If the contract contains provisions that differ from these terms, the contract shall prevail.

Website use

You may use the website to learn about our services, read content, and contact us. When using it, you must not:

• Attack, scan for vulnerabilities, overload, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website and systems.
• Use automated tools to mass-copy content or submit automated forms, or send spam.
• Impersonate others, provide false information, or provide another person's information without permission.
• Use the website or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to infringe the rights of third parties.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted via forms, email, Zalo, or Messenger. We use this information to provide consultation, quotations, and customer care, in accordance with Privacy Policy.

Admin account

When you become a customer, you will be provided with an account to administer your platform, website, or Mini App. You are responsible for:

• Keep passwords confidential and grant access only to responsible personnel within the company.
• Be responsible for actions performed through your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

To protect our systems and data, we may temporarily lock an account when we detect signs of unusual activity and will notify you through the registered contact channel.

Pricing and payment

• The prices listed on the website are for reference, VAT not included. The applicable price is the price stated in the quotation or contract.
• Design fees, subscription fees, and annual maintenance fees shall be paid according to the schedule specified in the contract. VAT invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Third-party fees, such as Zalo ZBS messaging fees, payment gateway fees, and domain name fees, are charged directly by the relevant provider or specified in the quotation.
• We may adjust our pricing. New prices will not affect existing contracts or paid billing cycles.

Customer content and data

You retain ownership of the content, images, product information, and customer data that you upload to the platform, website, or Mini App. You warrant that such content is lawful, does not infringe the rights of others, and that the collection of end-user data has been conducted with the consent required by law.

We process this data solely to provide the services, in accordance with the contract and your instructions. When the contract ends, you may request the export of your data within a period agreed upon by both parties; after that period, the data may be deleted.

Intellectual property rights

The Minihub CDP name, logo, interface, article content, images, and software on the website are owned by AM Experience Company Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You may briefly quote article content provided that you clearly acknowledge the source and include a link to the original page.

Rights to products created specifically for customers, including designs, source code, and Mini App accounts, shall be determined under the contract.

Third-party services

Zalo Mini App, Zalo OA, Messenger, payment gateways, and delivery providers are third-party services subject to separate terms. The approval and publication of Mini Apps are decided by Zalo. If a third party changes its policies or APIs, or temporarily suspends its services, we will assist with adjustments but will not be responsible for its decisions.

Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the website and services operating reliably, with accurate and up-to-date content. However, the website may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, network failures, or natural disasters. The content of the articles is for reference only and does not replace advice tailored to a particular case.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website. Liability for contracted services shall be determined under the relevant contract.

Suspension and termination

We may block access to or suspend the provision of services to anyone who violates these terms or applicable law. Termination of the service agreement shall be carried out in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Links to other websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those websites or how they handle your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the services or applicable laws change. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of the page. Your continued use of the website after the terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall prioritize negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit it to a court of competent jurisdiction in Ho Chi Minh City.
